Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care products
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for an identical item, please email Support@BellaWhite.shop and ship the item to: 3377 Las Vegas Blvd S Suite 2600, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver ships the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
